There are plenty of opportunities for new players with the Pathfinder RPG Beginners Box.
- A 96-page Game Master's Guide packed with adventures
Paizo also has three years back-catalogue of low-level [url="http://paizo.com/pathfinder/modules"]Modules
, PFS Scenarios and Adventure Paths. In particular, check out the following FREE Pathfinder adventures:
- First Steps - Part I: In Service to Lore (1st-level PFS)
- First Steps - Part II: To Delve the Dungeon Deep (1st-level PFS)
- First Steps - Part III: A Vision of Betrayal (1st-level PFS)
- Hollow's Last Hope (1st-level Module)
- Revenge of the Kobold King (5th-level Module)
- Master of the Fallen Fortress (1st-level Module)
- We Be Goblins! (1st-level Goblins!)
Anyone wanting to run a local gameday for new players, or anyone having just purchased the Beginners Box and wanting to GM an adventure themselves, certainly aren't lacking for choice.
(That's assuming any creatures or other elements not found in the Beginners Box are statted up in the module/scenario or contain enough info for the GM to run)

Is Paizo planning a Game Day/Release event for the Pathfinder Box set in October? Our venue has run all the D&D ones and they have had huge success with them. I think this type of event would be a great boon for Pathfinder.
We always had poor luck with them but that was more because they fell on our area game days. Why play a test mod when you can level your character?

Ooooooh. What a marvelous idea.
And I was toying with running a game day in that timeframe, too.
Heck, I may have one of the box sets as a door prize; that worked out well when I was running 4e game days.
