Amazing product, but I'm going to start to buy from the FLGS instead. I have to wait a little longer and pay just a dollar or two more because of shipping but I think that's the least I can do for the FLGS.
This is my first ongoing subscription but when I signed on I didn't realize the kind of benefits you could get. Not only do you get two products, one you pay and one you get for free, but also you can get discounts when purchasing other products, for my experience PDF products. Not only that but the book got here rather quickly than I expected. A worthy subscription in my book!
As a person who doesn't have a lot of time on his hands for campaign design, these wonderful, thought-out stories are a bargain in subscription format. Simply put: you must add these to your collection.
I subscribed to many of Paizo's Subscriptions when they first started and I'm the proud owner of the first 5 Adventure paths.
However a recent move to a bigger house due to an expanding family required me to cut back on a few things. I dropped all but the Pathfinder RPG subscriptions at the time.
Now I'm more financially stable its time to pick back up what I love the most. After looking over the products, once I'd dusted them off from their box storage from the move, I made a decision to resub back into the Adventure Path series.
Simply put, the contents, detail, and re-usability of these campaigns is second to none.
I will be kicking off my subscription with Jade Regent as soon as its available.
I started subscribing with the release of Kingmaker and have not been disappointed. With 25 years of gaming experience to draw from, I've found the AP subscription to be among the very best RPG products out there. Each issue is packed with an incredible amount of useful goodness, all for less than 20 bucks (including shipping). Content generally includes a 50ish page adventure wth a bunch of additional material (e.g. description of a region, mini-bestiary, new rules, short stories, etc). Highly recommended!
