The Aara or Urumi (Indian ribbon sword): How would you stat it?

This sword was used on deadliest warrior as the Rajput weapon. Ignore deadliest warrior in this post, please.

I'm trying to figure out decent stats for this weapon. It's best used against multiple opponents.

So how about this:
One handed exotic
Urumi/Aara 1d6 20/x3 10ft reach
The Urumi is a long, ribbon-like sword whose purpose is meant to aid fighting more than one person, using fluid motions to snap back and forth from enemy to enemy. You threaten all squares in reach. If only one enemy is in reach, you take a -2 penalty to hit, as you focus all your movement against one person, ineffectively using the momentum of the weapon.

one handed exotic
Great Urumi: 2d6 19-20/x2 10ft reach
An Urumi with multiple ribbons, the Great Urumi is a dangerous weapon to wield at all, from beginners to experts alike. You threaten all squares in reach. You take a -2 penalty to all attacks with the Great Urumi as the multiple razor sharp bands are extremely hard to control.

Pathfinder ststs for Urumi can be found here and in the Inner Sea World Guide.
