In core book errata (update 2.1) at page 2 it says that a weapon selected with weapon focus ignore up to 10 points of damage reduction and then near the end of the same page it says that it ignores up to 5 points of damage reduction.
Which one is correct? and why are both in the errata document?
The errata documents are written in a slightly weird way that makes it confusing to see exactly what applies where.
So:
The first sentence, about weapons selected with weapon focus ignoring 10 points of DR, applies to the feat "Greater Penetrating Strike".
The second sentence, about weapons selected with weapon focus ignoring 5 points of DR, applies to the feat "Penetrating Strike".
Neither of these sentences apply to the feat "Weapon Focus".
