I just started my new character, a Tiefling Alchemist, last night for our new game. I'm having so much fun with it. At first, I was thinking "eh, this'll be neat". But, then, when actually playing, I'm thinking "woah! this is awesome!"
Just wanted to say thank you to Paizo, as well as the Paizo community, and everyone who designed and playtested the Alchemist! You rock!
Yeah, I have a player who agrees with this, they are his new favorite class. His glee is palpable every time he pulls out a bomb.
And everyone else is jealous because he's having more fun than us.

I'm fortunate enough to be in a pretty large group. We have a total of 9 (myself included) plus the GM. Everyone is something different, and everyone can contribute in some way. That said, our Cleric and Druid are excellent at buffing the group. Enough that I don't really have to worry about being afraid, spell or not. =)
I can't wait till I get my next discovery!
I quite like the alchemist, too. The bombs, mutagens and formulas give you quite a variety of things you can do.

That's what I really like about the alchemist; there's always something juicy to look forward to at every level, it seems (at the very least, better bombs or a discovery).
