Also, Urizen, to answer your question from AGES ago, I have the 3 minute hourglass for people who insist on roleplaying certain situations out that could take time away from the rest of the party. Everyone gets 3 minutes for their own personal drama and then it's back to the game itself.

Like you said, 1 minute hourglass is for combat confusion specifically- if you need a minute to think about tactics, take that minute. After that, you lose your turn.

So if the person has any inclination to know what they're going to do, they should be thinking about that while the others are going through their own steps in initiative? Gotcha.

I'm also in the market for 30 second and 15 second hourglasses- partially to collect hourglasses, but also because I realize I may be giving people too much time in some circumstances. These hourglasses are VERY rarely used, I bring them out only when people around the table are starting to get obnoxious or really do need a moment to think/roleplay.
