IT'S ALIVE! ALIIIIIVE!!!
I've always wanted to say that.
We were sabotaged! Sabotaged I say! Our posts were stolen!
WTF?!? I could have sworn I posted some stuff late Friday night. Now? BOOM! It's gone. Like it never existed!
Anyway......
Good morning FAWTLY FOLK! HAPPY SUNDAY!!
I'm dressed in fire resistant clothing!
There's a bad joke in there somewhere. Probably involving a midget.
Maybe a drunken college student.
The fire resistant clothing was probably bad idea. I'm very warm. But I was trying to minimize my baggage weight. And I had no way to really measure it, so I erred on the side of extreme caution.
Gotta go. See y'all on the flip side.

Marlon is home !!!!!!!!
he was a bit confused and screamed for a time but then we got him into sleep and he is peacefully asleep a good while now
I think he misses the smell and noise of the hospital :-/

Huzzah! Welcome home, Marlon!!! And goodbye peaceful night's sleep, mommy and daddy!
In other news, greetings from Houma. At the BP heliport, waiting for my flight. Sadly, it's not for another 2 hours. But we had to be here no later than 1130 for check in.
And, let me tell you, if you though getting through airport security was tough.....
For a while there, I was worried if this thread would still be here. What a shame that would be so close to 100K

Well I see my post got eaten in the grand server repair of 2014. I'm still not going to read the 900 posts since my last visit even though the paizo site is trying to tempt me.
I think the closer we approach 100k the weirder things will get. We are in uncharted territory now.
And kudos to Gary and his team for all of their hard work this weekend.

Rise, my Frankenstein monster of patchwork AP sidequests!
Glad to see the forum's back up.
I hope we won't lose more posts... I wouldn't want to try to recall my thoughts on vizier again.
I told you before, I'll tell you again - get Lazarus plugin! It helps SOOOOOOOOO Much.
Beautiful day here, think i'm gonna knock some balls around the golf course

It remembers posts made while it's on your browser, yes. Everything before that is irretrievable, obviously. But anything lost to forum time out, forum crash, browser crash, whatever - it will remember anything that was in the window when you hit "submit", AND saves itself regularly on a timer even before that.
And no, I haven't noticed it taking up a lot of space.

Huh, been a while since I've posted anything.
Also, got a random idea from watching Metalocalypse.
Said idea is a Minotaur Bard who talks like Nathan Explosion.
Evening, all. What did I miss?

The opera yesterday was delightful. We went to see La Boheme at the Met. Before the show, we had dinner at a cozy French restaurant.
Afterward, we found out that John's sister who lives in Pennsylvania was in NYC as well to see a Broadway show. We all got together at a bar after our respective shows and consumed a lot of alcohol. I went home on the 2:40 am train. I haven't been out that late since I was 23.

P.S. Drunk people on the train during the wee hours are obnoxious as hell. I mean, I drank too, but I could keep my s*$* together on the public transportation.
Celestial Healer wrote: Evening, all. What did I miss? Well, Gary spent a long day repairing damage to the network after his intern inadvertently created a rogue AI. Meanwhile, Max's plan to hijack the train was ruined by several drunken revellers. And, across town, Scott was leery about his upcoming trip when he learned his travel partner would be that smelly....no, wait! That's my soap opera!
Also, greetings from the Gulf of Mexico. I arrived several hours ago to the platform, and most of my time since has been spent in orientation.
No phone service, but the wifi is awesome! I was able to FaceTime with the wife and kids without any problems.
And log into Facebook....
At the moment, I'm sitting in the TV room watching the Seahawks and 49ers play.
There are many Darryl's here. I think it would be a good place for those fleeing The Horde.
You'd just need to get good at fishing.
Gonna focus on the game. Take it easy FAWTLIES. Be good.
Denver vs Seattle!?
DUN DUN DUNNNNN
