If I were going to get all psychoanalytical about it, I'd say it's because I associate it with confidence and a willingness to step outside of social norms for feminine beauty, and both of those qualities are really appealing to me in a woman.
Absolutely, except for Ms. Weaver... something about that woman makes my stomach turn.
But like you I find a woman who steps outside of the acceptable comfort zone and expresses her own style to be one of the most sexually powerful things I can think of.
