I accidentally swallowed a big chunk of nacho chip whole this evening. It made its way slowly down my gullet, corners digging in the whole length. Thought I'd die. Not fun.
I hate it when that happens. Triangular peg, round hole. Ow.
Today is even worse. Trying not to swallow or even talk. Ow. I think it's only bruised, but am contemplating doing several shots of vodka to clean out any possible lacerations. Does one have to wait until after noon to drink if the intent is purely medicinal?
I wouldn't suggest that, Treppa- your body is already in the process of healing. I would take a few whiffs of your breath(or better yet, have Studpuffin do it for you!!) to see if anything smells funny, but beyond that, I'm sure you're fine. Do you feel primarily a dull ache or a sharp one when you swallow? If you are feeling a dull ache, then you're probably just bruised and will heal shortly. If you have a sharp ache or you have you coughed up any blood(or had bloddy phlegm) since the rogue nacho, then you probably have a small laceration and will likewise probably be okay. Still, if you want a mimosa, I hear CH's are *almost* as good as mine.

I had this understanding from somewhere that certain drinks (bloody mary, screwdriver, mimosa) were permissible with breakfast or lunch, but everything else had to wait until after noon in polite society.

One - What is this thing you call polite society?

Two - It's always afternoon somewhere

I understand zombies are prone to that. A good soaking in Tinactin should help.

I art in a mood that must convey yon funk into one's soul. Verily, thou must move it, groove, and get down.

I will now have this song stuck in my head for a week. :P
Maybe this will help.

Nope, but Ash's trailer for John Carter sure did.

I think it has to be a post card. IIRC, the one I sent to Geo Val Verde Correctional Facility got returned and Bastrop is the newest one. If they moved him since then I'm in the dark, but I'm not on Facebook either.

As far as I know. I have yet to hear back from him either. However there are several factors to that. He might not have cash on hand for paper and pencils. He might be busy. He might have been moved and it just does not show yet. He could be too stressed to write back. Who knows.

It does tend to be weeks before he gets a letter from what he said so a quick response I am not waiting on.

good night, I'm off to bed
