Just call Freehold's Plucky Orphan Army to clean it for

Warning: you won't have any silverware left when they leave, no matter how well hidden it is (they are Freehold trained after all :-)

I personally quit glass shower doors long ago as I had one shatter on me.

Was making love in the shower and the girl braced herself against the door.

What began as a lovely evening ended with picking glass shards out of her back=(

I like showers with curtains now, curtains never betray me.

Probably wise.

Also, when sex is destructive, it is always horrible at the time. But when you get to tell it later it makes you sound badass.

I know a couple that literally lit their bed on fire. It's awesome to be able to say that, but at the time I'm sure it was terribly unsexy. (They tipped a candle over. Candles are romantic, but not near the bed.)

I hope your lovely lady didn't need stitches!

There was nothing badass about this incident, anymore than there would be if say, she fell out a window.

No stitches or scars though, she recovered fine.

"I'm so good, I knocked her socks off!"

"I'm so good, I knocked her out of a window!"

Yeah, that last one sounds pretty bad...

"My love is so passionate, it'll push you through a glass door."

Hmmm, sounds less badassy and more domestic abusey=/.

Does a steam punk-y monocle and a beard count as clothing, I wonder?

Give me a break, I'm a stay at home dad, I can't afford Frederick's of Hollywood for bedroom apparel, sometimes you just need to be crafty with what's on hand:-p

Well, I could at least say I've got an impressive mast and be pefectly honest. Not to mention that I'd have plenty of wood.

You know what? Nobody else cares how clean or not clean the house is. The pressure to get it done today is solely from me on me. In the meantime, people are waiting for me on pbps. Yeah. Yeah, I'm gonna get a cup of coffee and some potato chips and work on pbps.

Thanks, CH.

I realized that faster, but still had a moment of thinking that was Tordek posting.

My favorite thing about Denver is being able to leave doors and windows open and not have bugs fly in. And how cool the air is though it's warm in the sun... my two favorite things are no bugs and cool air. And the lovely view of the mountains. My three favorite things are no bugs, cool air, and mountain views and how dry and clean the air is. My four... no, amongst my favorite things are... are such elements as no bugs, cool air...

I'll come in again.

Get better soon, man! :/

(If you want, you can PM me with details, if you need to share, but don't want to do so publicly. That said, please don't feel obliged. I'm just throwing that out there, if you want it. ((Also no guarantees of me actually helping you better in any sort of way. Just that I'll read it at some point and might say something pithy or silly or very akin to "I'm sorry to hear that and will pray for you." or something. Also, no exchanges, subsitutions, or refunds. :D)) Peace to you.)

Spoiler:
HEY, INTERNET! IN CASE ANYONE CARES, I'M A RIGHT-WING NUT-JOB. LIKE THE WHOLE CONSERVATIVE WORKS! TOTALLY A FREAKSHOW, DUDES! I EVEN VOTE REPUBLICAN (when I agree with the candidate in question*) WHOSE PARTY I AM PART OF. :D

* This does vary. It's really funny when I get a phone call "from Obama" <a recording> encouraging me to vote a straight-Dem. ticket for some reason, though. I mean, none of my neighbors received that phone call. Not even the registered Democrats! Why me?! Heck, I had it on speaker just so others could hear it. It was weeeiiiirrrrd.

Just in case anyone's curious. :D

(Also: no, I don't hate you, this is totally the sum of my political discussion here, and feel free to mention your own political leaning (if any), and we'll all feel free have a "I like you!" party! Because, frankly you guys, I LIKE YOU! :D)

*parties with people he likes, regardless of affiliation, 'cause he likes 'em!*

Ah-ah-ah! In order to keep the peace, FAWTL threads have rules. We may be no-good, lowdown, lowbrow lowlifes, but we do have some standards. To quote our beloved PMG and Mistress Solnes:

I believe "no sports" is thrown in there occasionally, which is essentially the same as "no politics". Newcomers who did not know these rules are hereby forgiven. Go forth and sin no more. That's not religion. Really.

Hey Treppa, I think Zarine must have broken one of her lock picks.

Although the Europeans get some leeway on the sports point, on account of generally being able to be sensible about it. ;)

ISO 9001 quality audit begins Thursday. I think I am avoiding calling it a night to keep it bay. Sigh, time to give in and go to sleep.

Ps Treppa, Zarine needed a 20 on that lock.

I'm hearing 'I'm So Sexy' by Right Said Fred, which I wouldn't link to even if I wasn't at work.

Pity me.

CH might like it, though, as the band featured two equally bald lead singers, somewhen in the early '90s

I slept but not very long. Some folks were speaking too loudly on the street.

No serious back sensations while lying down but now my back hurts a tiny bit. I had felt like that before. Will I get used to new mattress or is it squarely the fault of my deteriorating back?
