Someone with a six-figure salary and a double-digit IQ managed to send us the wrong shipping plan at work today. In other words, we ran half of Friday's shit, plus all of today's shit, all on a skeleton crew, and now the entire floor is covered in unsent packages. Had to forcibly bring the remaining two kittehs in early, and thankfully they didn't put up too much fuss. Neighbors are starting up their fireworks, oblivious (as always) to the distress it causes all the neighborhood pets. Kittehs are mildly distressed, but they seem reassured somewhat either by snuggling up to me or by Sir Attenborough's voice on PBS.

A half-dozen massively outdated climate apocalypse predictions, three Rapture predictions, couple of asteroid strike predictions, and I think someone put one of the "Mayan calendar ends the world!" dates as being this year instead of 2012.
Oh, and a homeless man near my house predicts CERN will blow up the planet.
So, nothing serious or worth worrying about.
