The Runelord Krune rises.

Without his Runerobe, apparently. Tell him to cover it up, unless he's a Runelord of Lust.

You call your "runelord" Krune?

Also, we would be happier to not see your "runelord" rise.

@#&*^@%!&@#)!@&^(@.

My computer was working fine today. Leave it for ~5 hours, and I come back and it refuses to load the desktop properly.

Reboot and it loads up as if it was brand new, though thankfully all the old documents and information are still available, just hidden away in side folders.

I do not like the pattern this has started establishing.

I think it might be time for a new computer. =/

Silver Crusade

I just bought a google chromebook it works great, nicely priced also

Yeah I've seen ads for it, and I do want a laptop rather than a desktop.

Where'd you get yours?

Silver Crusade

Best buy

If the work in England will, er, work well, I will definitely consider new laptop. Time will tell.

Stressful mailing is stressful.

Just sent an e-mail to a friend asking if he would be able to lend me money I need to pay up part of the debts before I go to England.

It's fun trying to convince friends they've imagined your existence.

You can read my posts?!

Time to bed. D&D session tomorrow.

Also, time to warn the players that next Pathfinder session will be the last this year, assuming we even manage to gather before I go.

"Read" is such a strong word...

Good evening FAWTLY Folk! Today was a pretty good day. Got some stuff done. The boy took a nap. And the wife and I left the boy at my brother's house while we went to dinner. I had some absolutely delicious crawfish étouffée.

Hmm...change the "mu" to "µ", then you have one millionth of a bike. That would make riding it all the more impressive.

Today's game got cancelled. One of the players overdid it during theater and other D&D sessions this week, and lost his voice.

That's a weak reason to cancel. If he's really theatrical, he should be able to pantomime.

Morning, all. What did I miss?

Well, Scott and Sarah's dinner date took a turn for the bizarre when they ran smack dab into a protest by the busboys over the lack of decent left over food for them to eat. Meanwhile, Holger's attempts to recreate a live-action version of Puss-in-Boots hit a snag when the cat violently refused to put on the boots. And, across town, Max berated a mime for.......No, wait! That's my soap opera!!!

+1 for bacon

+2 for BACON

Internet died on me last night. Thankfully got it working again today, but it only hastens the burial of this machine. Just waiting now for the hammer to fall. Bluh.

Yeah definitely spending some time tonight researching laptop options then going shopping tomorrow. CH and Jess, apologies if Trina/Xion is slow to post for a couple of days.

My condolences, Orthos. That's a bear. :(

+1 on the computer condolences.

AUGH, orthos that sucks. Its a true nightmare for me, I'm sorry man.

In other news I definitely need to go and at the very least get new rims for my glasses - the current ones are chafing at the bridge of my nose, and if I'm going to look like I've been in a fight I prefer it to be for a good reason.

Luckily it was my birthday on the fourth, so I'm a bit more flush than normal.

I have made cinnamon-pear bread. It is a thing to behold.

(And Freehold, that's cinnamon-PEAR, not cinnamon-BEAR.)

In other news, a pot of tomato sauce is on the stove, simmering away with sausage and meatballs in it. My kitchen smells like garlic, and I am okay with that.

Back from D&D session. We avoided the battle with demons coming through the portal by convincing the priestess that opened it in the first place to close it for letting her live. Then we get into the fight with a bunch of city guards charmed by a succubus (who fled) and a vrock whom she called or summoned. I even managed to inflict one point of damage on it due to my Nimbus Of Light exalted feat... Whole time being out of spells (besides orisons, yay, I could heal a total of 6 points of damage) - with two last 1st level spells being used on healing monk to maximum at the very beginning of the session.
