Slow day at home.

Chilly, too.

Riding my bike again has caused my appetite to return. Not that it went away, mind, but I am fiending for more mass quantities of consumables.

How long's the trip?

I recall a comment about how sad it is that 80 degrees can be considered chilly here.

O_o 80 degrees.... I didn't think it went that high.

:P

Anyway, now to either engage brain for some role-playing or veg out.

On the plus side, I pretty much crashed straight into bed after work today - the downside being that I'm having dinner after 9 o'clock for the second day in a row.

And before anyone comes with such idea. Nope. I am not going to move to Houston.

Too hot for me.

Unless there would be job in game design.

Or a beautiful redhead willing to support me while I would spend days trying to write until I became a professional writer... Or game designer.

half an hour, about. I hope to cut that in half in a few weeks.

Afternoon, all. Just wrapping up a business trip to Tampa. Sitting at the airport bar waiting for my plane.

Mmmmmm. Malibu Rum.

Malibu & Rum.... nice. Malibu & Coke is nice, if I remember correctly.

Hope it was lovely weather, easy clients and simple work with lots of free time.

Rum & Coke = kiddie drink. I hope CH is more grown-up.

Spoiler:

So Rum & Coke = Baby's First Drink?

Lessee, I like vodka and tequila, vodka tonics, Long Island tea, and kamikazes.

Yeah, cocktail with training wheels.

Yeah, cocktail with training wheels.

I think of it more like as cocktail quad!

I advise against drinking alcohol from bottle with teat... Done that with cherry vodka. Meh.

As if a real baby would drink from anything but a mason jar.

Unless you are Mongolian fleet, of course...

Ha! You know, I get a lot of people asking me if I'd be willing to be their sugar mama. While I am gorgeous, I'm not sure if I make enough to hold that title.

^_-

As for the heat, that's why God invented air conditioning.

...what...?

Calling Crimson Jester? Still interested in gaming? You might recognize a certain new(ish) father of twins that joined the boards to join my Wrath of the Righteous play by post!

Been thinking about doing a d20/pathfinder PbP on the Forum boards in my downtime now that I have lots of it. I'm considering a low-level adventure or introductory style adventure.

Any suggestions?

Oh, Vodka and OJ, breakfast of champions.

Well, my first suggestion would be do small modules. Especially ones where there's a definite end - which you can transition onto the next. For in any pbp people will drop out & some of the AP's will take a huge amount of time. That increases the chance that they'll never get completed.

As for the specific modules I leave that to the more informed than I.

And a happy Thursday to all.

No Kingmaker this week. However, I'll probably be able to give that recap I talked about tomorrow.

Rainstorm?

Drejk wrote:

That'd be a good heroic name. Rainestorm or Raynestorm. Although I should probably look to more local village names.

*looks on google*
Hawkswell, Panmimer, Hackfall, Heslett, Magdalen, Black Robin.

And tomorrow I have a concert go to, I really should have actually listened to some of the bands before (other than live).

*looks up web-page*
Ohhh, Northern Oak & Mael Mordha. And 'Old Corpse Road' on Saturday.

Do not dilute vodka with anything except tonic. If not tonic, then straight.

Da.

Not even Peach Schnapps & Cranberry?

*Woo-Woo*

First Rushlight Tournament tonight =) Introduced it a few years early in my KM campaign, want it to be a recurring event rather than a one-time thing.

I wish I already got to that part~

Hope it all goes well for your group! :3

We're way before it happens as-written - we haven't started Chapter Three yet. We're in a two-year downtime after beating Hargulka.

Treppa wrote:

You probably hadn't a well cooled vodka with raspberry or strawberry syrup if you say so.

Unless you dislike sweet alcohol.

hi everyone
