Mmmm. I am making strawberry quick bread and it smells delicious.
It's my own concoction based on a customizable quick bread recipe I came across. I hope it is good.

Today's session had some interesting events in it.
I'll get to elaborating on that when I have the time to do so.

Man, if I were religious I'd sure there's a special hell for internet warriors.

Did I mention that FHDM gave me a bunch of old Ravenloft books. You are awesome, man! I am loving looking through these.
Demon The Descent Quickstarter!
Looks like a hybrid child of Kult RPG and Dark City movie... Yum-yum!
Fun fact about Kult RPG (if it's the one originally made in Sweden): Everyone mentioned in the credits for the Italian translation were excommunicated by the Pope.
Bottled some beer tonight. The perfect ending to a pretty not bad weekend. Which is way more than I expected with such a crappy Friday.

Uh-oh. Freehold is giving CH ideas for Ravenloft?

Ravenloft welcomes ideas into the mists.
Also, I love how much potential Reincarnate has.
As a sneak peek to the session recap; That spell got used...

(Although my monk did end up with blue tinted hair after being polymorphed into an azure cat)
In our table, the old human wizard came back as a bugbear, for both good and bad.
One of his first concerns was how he'd explain his transformation to the people of the barony.
Nobody in my KM party is the race they started as, and only two of them bear at least a superficial resemblance to their old selves. The other three look completely different.
This was very amusing during the final boss fight of RRR, as the villain's reaction to their attack was "I don't know who you all are but you are NOT welcome in my lair!"
Knowing how Sage managed to mess with Hargulka when he tried to convince the Sootscales, I'm pretty sure he'll be even more ticked off finding that the Wizard has gained a stronger (and more monstrous) form for himself somehow.

Captain O'Hagan: I swear to God I'm going to pistol whip the next guy who says, " Shenanigans."
Mac: Hey Farva what's the name of that restaurant you like with all the goofy s@!+ on the walls and the mozzarella sticks?
Farva: You mean Shenanigans?
Also, top o'the mornin to ya, me FAWTLY lads and lasses! Happy Monday?
Maybe. Verdicts still out.
But I'd bet my good left eye it's gonna suck big, hairy yeti balls.
Anyway, short and sweet again today. Gonna be a busy day.
Using Latin for incantations sort ofcompletely justifies my taking it instead of something actually semi-useful in high school.

I would suggest not letting the no-diplomacy character run ahead to tell people unless you want the high-diplomacy character to have extra work.
But really, after the first reincarnate, the explanation's a simple "Aw dang it happened again guys."
It's caused a ton of RP trainwreck in our KM game, especially since we've got a boatload of homebrew races (which make up 80% of the group now).
Granted, two of those were less reincarnate and more run-in with high-ranking fey.
Our group's been trying their best to stay on good term with fey, regardless of rank.

Really, the problem should be less "Oh no they're going to kill me on sight" and more "How do I prove it's actually me in case someone hauls a random bugbear in here and gives him a pointy hat"

Such as being in debt to Queen Mab, refusing a reincarnate, getting a lecture and backpedaling like mad with "Oh yes these mortal concerns are silly to you but your perspective changes when you have such a short lifespan as we do" which gets translated as "Ohhhh you just want to live longer k"

Or "I don't like being a dhampir, Puck" "OKAY"

Patience, patience! I thought you'd learned that particular lesson already.
I can wait. I am not the one greatly affected by the bargain you made. It is not my patience being tested. But considering she can tell when you're around and enjoys turning things into pincushions...
The arrows just show how much she cares.
Alright, go time for me. Back around lunch.
