Sadly, no. My friend makes DragonCon every year and posts great pics on Facebook. I'm so jealous. But hey, she lives right there. There's gotta be something good about living in Atlanta to offset the rest.
Yeah, why do you think they call it Hotlanta?
We've only been to Comic Con. Hoping to hit Dragoncon and the one in Tampa as well. Its roughly 4 hours to either from us. Hopefully wont run into any ex's since I have two that live there and attend every year..
Wear a costume and maybe they won't recognize you. Also, these bratwurst are delicious.
True. I cant eat the brats! I have to make do with stupid beef franks.

Masquerade Reveler Barbarian + Silver Dragon = freaky-looking awesomeness.

I got myself a new idea for Kingmaker again, though this one is related to Oruda the Hobgoblin Ninja and his past. Since he left Tian Xia after being sort of humiliated for being too "soft" (he killed enemy troops but chose to spare the civilians), I imagined a fellow of his clan who felt shamed by his actions chose to follow him and knock some sense into him. This idea got the name Rokhura Tarkhan, who most likely is a Hungry Ghost / Qinggong Monk, though I wonder whether he worships Yaezhing or Dispater.
Both deities fit well enough for this character in my opinion, though Yaezhing is more popular in Tian Xia and would focus on his aspect of needing to punish his wayward "brother" for shaming their clan, while Dispater as a patron would put a good contrast to Oruda who worships Abadar, both deities being gods of cities and civilization but having very different approaches to actual rulership. Oruda is Lawful Neutral, while Rokhura is Lawful Evil. The best part of it is that I have no idea how their encounter will go in the end. Rokhura might even realize that Oruda has gotten more power than he ever could, and would try to join the kingdom with some other members of the Tarkhan hobgoblins if some Diplomacy is involved. Something tells me that the Wizard is going to try to pull off some Diplomancy again...
Friday!
Also, I get the feeling something is happening today... what was that?
Hmm... nope. Can't place it. Must not be important.
Good morning to all my FAWTLY Brethren!! Happy Friday!!!
Does anyone know an approximate timeframe for THE ARRIVAL?!?
Judging from FB, I'd say it would be sometime late this afternoon, but I'm not really sure.

Anyway, short and sweet again. Got a ton of stuff to get done today. Later peeps.

Oh great, got some juice in the wrong pipe and now I've got the hiccups.

What's the longest each Fawtly has had the hiccups? Mines just over a day.

It's all a matter of perspective.
And the final side-quest for the players in my Kingmaker campaign involves the Ratfolk Ranger Kiriv.
He's reaching his middle age years, and he's having a bit of a crisis since he hasn't married yet.

I'd give you some, but I think it's getting... too many age categories by now. It certainly does have a fear aura.

I've never managed to have them last longer than a few minutes, thankfully.
Ebon's gotten stuck in an on-off day-long fit though.
Anywho, there's... well, not a lot of work to be done, it's looking to be a kinda slow Friday actually. But I get less of what I do have done when Paizo is open. Catch y'all at lunch, FAWTLfolk.

Locked myself out of my car this morning, locksmith took an hour-and-a-half finding my home, finally running late for work, I shatter the passenger side-window to shut off the engine which had an eighth of a tank of gas. Lost two hours of book time not being in a cab.

Bleh. Sorry to hear that BP. I hope your day vastly improves.
At an all day computer training. Its in downtown Brooklyn and gets me out of the office in a nice part of town, but my program cannot make use of what I will learn today because we cannot afford the computers that can run this newfangled app...
There is no Dana, only Zuul.
Slower than I imagined today. On mailout labeling for the rest of the day, it looks like. Everyone in the data entry department has empty shelves, and the bookkeepers aren't getting much stuff in yet. Between it being the first week of the month and Monday's holiday, this isn't too surprising; things should pick back up next week.
