What the frak is going on there?Well the primary trainer who was not even in the room with us most of the day had a major fit and exploded on everyone today. Seems we are a few hours behind and she is having a fit trying to teach some of us. One of the guys in the class had a fit earlier in the day over the wording of one of the quiz questions. Yes they sucked, btu dude act your age. Yes ma'am you're in charge but don't call someone out in the middle of the class. Especially since your allegations were false and your being more than a little mental.
Well at least it is more money than the last job. :/
One person left in tears. IDK man I just think personality clashes. The trainer kept talking about how nice she normally is, but man I did not see that ever, not even the first day.

I have seen people develope a procedure in a week long workshop, than write the operating procedure themself, train their co-workers in it and a month later claim to have never heard of it

When I work hard and bust my butt, all I hear are complaints that I am behind.
When I feel unmotivated and can't make myself care anymore, all I hear are complaints that I am behind.
Are we sensing a pattern? I'm honestly not sure it matters what I do.
But....but....what if we want the apocalypse to happen?I happened to see Melancholia the other day. What a beautifully depressing movie.
Depressing... yeah, that sounds par for the course when you shoot movies in my hometown. ;)

I have fifteen minutes before I go on leave for two weeks. I'm hoping nothing explodes between now and when I'm due to leave.
(Of course, there are two meetings happening while I'm on leave that I have to call in for, but that's better than cancelling my vacation entirely, which I considered, given everything that's going on at work right now.)

I think there's an element of that, but I also think part of the problem is that I'm in the wrong job. It is not a match for my skills or temperment at all.
