Wow, this is turning into more than a miniblitz.
Dude a few cubicles down is Cuban-American. Always cool to hear him answer the phone and start speaking Spanish. I'm generally a little jealous of bilingual people. I just never had it in me for multiple languages.
Aberzombie wrote: Wow, this is turning into more than a miniblitz. a mediumblitz?
Until I knew the dude, I didn't know that New Jersey apparently has a large population of Cuban-Americans.

Reminds me of back in my fraternity days - one of the younger guys was from South America, and spoke Spanish - very rapidly. Another brother had learned Spanish in highschool, but when this guy was talking on the phone with his family back home, the other brother couldn't follow because they were speaking too fast.

All right. I'm out of here for now. Got some stuff to do before I go over to the big meeting. Later folks.

Though having to wear them for work - suit jacket not required, thankfully in summer - is getting me more used to it.
Have to stop by the store and hit an ATM on the way to work, hoping to leave ~10 min early. Just have to actually be up and going by then.
Have I mentioned I'm not a morning person?

It's our Queens Birthday long weekend on Monday... I forgot it was a holiday.... Bonus!
Queens Birthday long weekend (is not actually her birthday) it used to be fun - fireworks, bonfires, BBQs. The insurance companys and Nanny state crowd complained that there was too many people blowing things (and themselves) up and accidentally starting too many fires, so the sale of fireworks to the public got banned. :-(
More proof that whiny people ruin everything.
Alright, taking off. Be back in 45 or so.

Note to self do not mash head against iPhone while bored and waiting for the train home. Judging from the looks I got I think I will have a seat all to my self on the trip home.
