Gunpowder Weapons in SCAP?

Shackled City Adventure Path

Has anyone run Shackled City with the use of gunpowder weapons? I'm running a Renaissance/Swashbuckler campaign along the lines of the Three Musketeers (lightly armored characters, gunpowder weapons and rapiers as the weapons of the day). I was curious if anyone else has done something along these lines and what, if any, modifications were made to the various villains in order that they fit in better with the type of setting.

I have never done so, but a Three Musketeers idea sounds really interesting. Wouldn't such weapons be a non issue? I would think that "one shot" Exotic weapons that have a percentage chance of not working would not be a game changer.

If anyone follows up on this please post the results. I have a fellow player that is jonesing for firearms in a fantasy settings but so far the DM keeps shutting him down because there are no clear rules.

Scarab Sages

I'll probably have some NPCs use them on the group in a while. However, I've set Cauldron in the Mwangi region of Golarion and decided that all gun powder and the best guns are made in Alkenstar. Thus guns and gun powder are fairly rare and expensive way out in the jungle. Plus they'll have to learn how to use them...which could be dangerous in and of itself.
