Simple question: How long does it take to put on and take off a swarmsuit?

Note: This answer is unofficial and unsupported. Chainmail is the closest equivalent I could find to a swarm suit (since you slide it on much like I'd imagine you would do with a swarm suit or similar heavy clothing).

This came up today in our PFS game. I figured it would be like padded armor, since that is essentially what it is. That is significantly faster than chainmail, so bumped and FAQ'd

Since it reduces your speed and includes gauntlets and a hat, it seems most similar to medium armour. However, the time required doesn't change between a breastplate (which doesn't include gauntlets) and scale mail (which does). I think it should be equivalent to hide armour, which happens to be the same as padded armour, mentioned earlier. Donning a swarmsuit hastily should not help at all, so it would be:

Don: One minute
Don hastily: n/a
Remove: One minute
