Personally I am not sure how I feel about a show that focuses on Raven alone. She is so tied in with the Titans that I can't see her in a stand alone series.

Prediction: an even shorter run than Birds of Prey, because rather than getting a writer who actually knows the source material, they will get a writer or writers who are "edgy" and "cool" and "sexy," thus dooming it to a bunch of people tuning in and going "What the...?" before switching channels.
Much like they are doing by hiring the writers of Twilight to script AKA Jessica Jones, an ABC series based on the Marvel Max series Alias.
Edit: In fact I would be surprised if this doesn't get marketed toward the emo, sparkle fairy loving tweens that make up the Twilight crowd. Just think about it, the slogan would be "Raven: Part human, Part demon; All GOTH!"

I thought they already did that with Raven. The character experienced a pair of renessances during the goth period(the one from my wife's time, and the more recent one).
