Prince of Wolves in PDF?

When I go to my downloads, I only get the PoW as an epub, without a downloadable PDF.

So, I need to be online to read it?

How do I DL the PDF to my laptop so I can read it at will?

I found the link. For some reason it was earlier in my Downloads than the epub...

Yeah—the ePub was released several days after the PDF, and given out retroactively, so if you're viewing by date, they may not be consecutive.

They should be released simultaneously in future.
