Help in creating an small game

I wanted to do an small game for 4 to 6 players around level 1 to 3 and didn't know the points cost or how much I can place with foes and such. Plus how much do 1 point kill things cost?

That questions makes no sense to me in the context of Pathfinder Society.

It's not really clear to me what you are asking. In terms of Pathfinder Society Organized Play everyone starts a level 1 and The Guide to Organized Play is something you'll want to download/read and move forward from there.

If you are looking to start a home game (non-Organized play) it sounds like you may be asking about XP values that would be found in the Bestiary?

Yeah, I was thinking on doing an small home game to a campaign. I did look at the bestiary, but was still lost a bit. I also looked at the part that detail the point values for an game. I was lost on it as well. I saw two tables which I detail up above. But I still don't know much on difficulty.
