Red Mantis Assassin Divine Spellcasting?

I was looking over the Red Mantis Assassin PrC in PF 9 and I noticed that they cast arcane spells. I thought this was a little strange and that it would be more suiting for them to cast divine spells as they are essentially religious assassins correct?
Just wondering if maybe this will be changed with the update or is there a specific reason why they have arcane spells?

The fact that they cast arcane spells but are a religious organization to a certain extent is intentional. I wanted to show how a class can be religious WITHOUT being a divine spellcaster class. This certainly doesn't mean there are no clerics in the organization, of course.
