Does anybody know if the Advanced Player's Guide is going to be added to the content in PCGen anytime soon? Just curious.

Release Candidate 5.16.4 RC1 has the APG stuff. It still needs work, but they're getting there.

At the risk of sounding ignorant, I recently downloaded the latest version of PCGen, but I have been unable to correctly load the APG source. I can get either the Core rules and the traits OR the core rules and the bestiaries.

I'm sure this is operator error -- any suggestions?

The APG is not a part of the two simple source selection options you mentioned. Due to the early nature and beta status of the APG dataset it hasn't been added to a simple option. You need to switch to the advanced sources tab to access the APG dataset.

Did you download the Stable or Beta version? It's only in the Beta Version for right now.

Note that this link is for Release Candidate 5.16.4 RC2, released today, which is presumably even better than RC1 (though still not "Stable").

Settings -> Gamemode/Campaign

What is yours set to?

What does the Title Bar say? (mine says "PCGen v.5.16.4 RC2 - The Pathfinder Roleplaying Game Campaign"_

Trying to access the APG stuff in PCGen and not having a lot of luck. It is loaded and listed on the left side of the source materials page but is in Red and I can not choose it (along with a lot of other content). I am using 5.16.4. stable. Do I need to use 5.17 or a different build to use the material?

You need to remove the traits web enhancement. Those are included in the APG, so you can only load one or the other.

If you look in the lower left when the source is selected it lists in red the requirements you don't meet. In this case the Web enhancements :)
