Waiting till 2014 for more of the health care bill for adults to come into effect is stupid for us middle aged folks, more than 3 years from now with rising costs to keep us warm.Allowing medical companies to "re-evaluate" and raise their prices now that part of this plan is going into effect should have been forseen by the powers that be.
