The Serpent's Skull AP includes the PC interactions with several Organizations (Aspis Consortium, Pathfinder's, Red Mantis, etc). What is considered common knowledge about these Organizations? I know many of these are considered secret organizations (akin to the Illuminati).
For instance, one of the character's in the upcoming campaign wants to take the "Get the Cargo Through" trait. I was thinking of having the cargo be from the Aspis. Would he know who hired him?
Thanks in advanced,

My understanding is that the Aspis Consortium is a very well-known organization throughout Avistan and Garund. However, most people just know them as a highly influential trade syndicate with no binding ties to any one particular nation. Very few people know that they are run by an evil-aligned "inner circle" intent on dominating Golarion through blackmail, subterfuge, and murder.
So, yeah, I don't see any reason why the PC wouldn't know that the Aspis Consortium hired him.

All five of the organizzations are well known across the Inner Sea region. Some of them, like the Aspis Consortium and certainly the Red Mantis are more infamous than famous, and there's a lot of rumor and misinformation going on about them.
But in the case of Get the Cargo through, there's no reason that the PC wouldn't know who hired him to do the job. And depending on if the PCs/party end up allies or rivals of that faction later on... that could be fun.
