Chapter Heading on the iPad

So on page on of the APG I see

RACES

Followed by

R CE L TTITUDES

All the headings having a problem I could understand but this just looks amateurish. Why not just replace the subheading font (R CE L TTITUDES)with the heading font?

Which reader are you using? The Apple pdf rendering engine is still a bit buggy and not doing the A's right. At least, a week ago it wasn't.

Its a widely known issue. Apple (as well as many others) still use an out of date rendering library. Its something Apple needs to fix.
