Downloader Down?

Hey all,

When I navigate to My Downloads, my available files are listed, but the personalizer isn't present, so I can't download anything. Anyone else having this issue?

Yes, having the same issue. Been like this since yesterday evening at least.

You don't need to personalize anymore. Gary did a lot of work yesterday and now just has the cosmetics of that line to take care of. Just click the product you want and it should come up.

Its not working, I already tried that, nothing comes up...

Odd, its just quirky for me. Have to click on it once, then wait for a few seconds then clikc on it again to get it to work, might be my pop-up blocker..anyways I am getting it now...

There has been some changes to the My Downloads to make the process more streamlined.

All you need to do now is to click on the product title and it will download. When going to download a particularly large PDF (like the APG, for example) in times of huge server loads (like when everyone is also trying to download their new APG, for example), you may need to click the link an additional time or two. You'll probably to count to 45 or so between clicks to give your server-query time to resolve.

But the downloader, while it is under some stress, is not down so your download should start
