Not sure about the campaign sheet or NPC sheet, or even if this is close to whats in the back of the GMG, as i dont have my copy handy, but I found this sheet in the Kingmaker forums. I did not make this, I cannot for the life of me remember who did, but its a kingdom sheet for the campaign, it might prove useful to someone. Of you know who made this, please give them credit.

I created some similar sheets in the Advanced Character Portfolio a good while back. The Campaign Journal section is fully fillable too. This may not be a direct solution to your problem, if they aren't what you are looking for, but I'm always open to new changes (overhauling them now). I apologize if this is threadjacking, but I thought I'd add my two cents.

The only sheet I really wanted to be form-fillable was the Settlement Sheet from the GMG. It would make settlement creation so much easier if we didn't have to print the sheet and then write it up. Anyway... I understand Malachi is a busy guy, I just really want those sheets. LOL! Obviously I'm not the only one anymore. Several others are wanting them too. And so.... we wait.

I'm working on fixing the preview immediately (now that I know what's wrong). I started a thread for update suggestions. Most of the sheets are from the player use, but GM usable sheets have been toyed with. Here's the thread.
EDIT: We would probably create a new sheet different from the GMG's ones based on your suggestions. We aren't looking to copy Paizo, we would like to make something new, but closer to what you'd want. ;)
