Your was was shipped out to you last week. It is most likely still on it's way to you. If you still haven't seen it by the end of next week, let me know and we'll take another look at it at that point.

Thanks Cos! I got a little worried because usually I get the books about 4-5 days after I get the email/access the PDF.
