OK I am back, but don't expecft me to read the last 30 bajillion Posts since I was gone or I think my head might just explode (of course that's not gonna stop me attempting to skim before I just can't take it anymore and curl up into the fetal position on the floor and weep...).
Skiing was good. Got straight back into it after 6 years with no dramas which was good and even being a lot less fit than I was back then didn't affect me much. Best part about it was that Caitlin (4) went perfectly for her first time skiing and went up 4 grades in 4 days! So I took her out, just us, on the last day and I was so proud at how well she did. :D
No Internets was very painful though, so even though I'm back I may still not be too talkative since I have to catch up on a huge amount of crap (FAWTL, PbPs, FB, e-mails, etc...). Oh and I also have to spend the next 2 days re-formatting my computer and getting it back up to scratch, so that's gonna put me out of the loop again as well.

I am back too. Despite being disgusted by the rampant trollery evidenced in this once enjoyable subforum, I do miss chatting with you folks. I'll just need to keep rolling my Will saves.

It's kind of surreal to be back in my apartment. There was an odd experience of going into my bathroom, though... I've never thought much of the bathroom in my apartment - it's small and relatively dated - but compared to the nicest bathrooms we saw in Italy, it almost looked like a palace. We both said to ourselves "This is ours?!" It's funny what a little perspective can do.
The flights were uneventful. 9 hour flights are always a little painful, but there were no real issues with anything. And we're still happy about our $800 score for switching flights!

Morning, all! What did I miss?
Well, Scott and Sarah enjoyed some of the concert last night, before being forced to flee due to an attack by a horde of feral cats. Meanwhile, CJ and Jeremy's attempt at a polite conversation kept being interrupted by some young punk wanting to talk about his toe cheese. Across town, despite his best efforts, Patrick was drawn back into the seedy underworld by....No, wait! That's my soap opera.

Sound plausable?
Sure. What are they sacrificing the slaves? Or just using some for slaves and some for offerings? Are the bandits in it for the cash or are they True Believers?
