Your book shipped out on the 17th via the standard postal rate, which has an estimated transit time of 4 to 8 business days. Today is the 10th business day since it shipped out, so, while it probably should have arrived by now, it is not yet so late that we should give up on it. Please give it another week to arrive. If you still haven't seen it by the end of next week, let me know and we'll take another look at that time.
