It would be nice to update the advices/hints given in the Player's Guide for each class to the PFRPG context.
For example, I am very interested in knowing which Favored Terrains are most likely to come up in the AP, especially in the lower level modules (we are currently enjoying the hospitality of Foxglove Manor in the Skinsaw Murders).
This is especially important for my spell-less Ranger as many of his abilities depend on being in a Favored Terrain.

While that would be nice, I think that they are focusing on many different things right now, and updating the old stuff is not priority. They might have some nice things in the Inner Sea Primer coming up for the Pathfinder Players' Companion. But that might not be for a little while yet...
If the Paizo team is unavailable, I feel that those who played or DMed the AP can probably give useful tips too, just like Kvantum did ;-)

I've only GMed the first two, but I've read them all. Anything else in particular that you are looking for?

The player's guide makes Pathfinder-germane recommendations about favoured enemies. The map at the back of the guide can help you rule out several of the terrains:
No Cold that isn't also mountain.
No Desert per se, though the Cinderlands could be described that way or as Plains.
No Jungle.
Not much swamp.
I wouldn't pick Water unless the DM made it clear that it was a seafaring campaign, nor would I pick Planes until I knew which one was going to be in play.
That leaves:
Forest
Mountain (including hills)
Plains
Underground (caves and dungeons)
Urban (buildings, streets, and sewers)
Of those, Plains is generally the least helpful because (as you've seen so far) what self-respecting evil genius hides in the wide-open plains?
