I'm working on a dragon disciple equivalent for the celestial and abyssal bloodlines. Here's a preliminary go at celestial. I feel it's not quite right and needs some tweaking and maybe improved powers, but I don't know what to do at this stage. Any suggestions?
I'm going to tidy the text at some stage. Right now I'm more concerned with getting the mechanics and balance right.
