Strictly speaking it's Brad Turner's thread, since he did the first (read: HUUUUGE chunk) few passes on updating it to Ultimate Campaign, but we haven't heard from Brad for a while, and I just sort of fell into the job after I fixed a few bits myself and made the fixed version available, and then did more, and... Well, you get the idea.

You'll notice from the post I linked that there are Ultimate Campaign and Ultimate Rulership versions in both Excel and Open Office, and the links don't ever change, even when I do an update (though I do provide the links again in the thread, as a courtesy to lazy gamers (like myself) who can't be bothered to scroll back a few pages). If you're only using UCam, just download that one, URule is for the Legendary Games expansion (and is very much a work in progress that I seem to have not updated for nearly 2 months, and I think I might get lynched if I don't do something soon).

Please feel free to report bugs, suggestions, complaints, or questions in the other thread or by PM to me. Bugs I try to squash quickly, even if updates are slow.

Not computer savvy, so not sure have to reply or anything. I have paper copy of Ultimate Rulership and had paper copy of Kingdom builder but lost it in a move. I can not find Kingdom builder anywhere, so did it get replaced or rolled into another book?
