What is the initiative order? Is there enough space to avoid her? I am just trying to think of ways to run down the clock. Are dirty tricks against the rules?
Initiative is Samant(18), Ulgalva(12), Zeldin(11).
That depends on the dirty trick, the rules that you're aware of is effectively 'no weapons', this would probably include offensive magic, but other spells may be allowed. As for room to move, it's basically a circular pit 10' deep and 20' in radius.

Samant throws a clumsy attack, allowing Ulvalga an opportunity to resume her own attack, AoO 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (17) + 7 = 24, 1d3 + 3 ⇒ (3) + 3 = 6 nonlethal, seeing her original foe fall to the ground, she spins around to face her new assailant, swiping her arm towards Zeldin's head, 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (6) + 6 = 12, 1d3 + 3 ⇒ (2) + 3 = 5 nonlethal.

Zeldin Tarr |

Zeldin grimaces in pain and tries to focus after recieving a blow that dulls his senses for a moment. Scooping up some of the sand, earth and sawdust that lines the pit, he makes a desperate attempt to blind his attacker. As he makes his attack, he backs up 5 feet. He is very aware that unless he gets very lucky he is not going to last long here.
(I think this is just a basic attack. Correct me if I am wrong) Attack1d20 ⇒ 20

Nik aka Nicephora |

That s sooooo FUNNY! :-) ... but dont worry at the end I wake u up with a BIG KISS on that big bump on yur head! giggle
Samant is having a wonderfully odd dream about Nik twirling in a dance, only to be holding his club, which she brings around in her graceful twirl upside Samants head.

Another attack roll, right? Attack 1d20 + 1 -4
Is there anything I can do to help Samant get back onto his feet? A heal check?
You can restore 1 hp by making a DC24 heal check, or 2 hp with a DC29 heal check... both of these options take 1 hour.
Fortitude 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (6) + 6 = 12
1d4 ⇒ 4
As Zeldin tosses the dirt into Ulvalga's eyes, she tries to turn away, but her eyes begin to stream and cloud her vision.
6/10 of the sand has fallen.
Howling in anger, she rushes forwards in the direction that Zeldin threw from, 1d100 ⇒ 15, but he easily sidesteps her lumbering charge.

Zeldin Tarr |

I suppose neither of these will help much here then...
Zeldins new plan is to run the remaining seconds out of the clock. He will focus on being as defensive and mobile and keeping as low as possible and hopes that he can just stay out of her reach.
I have no idea how long dirt in the eyes lasts, but if this were real life I think I would be okay.

I'm going to say that normally she'd be effectively dazzled for 1d4 rounds, but since you scored a critical hit, she was blinded for a round first.

Straight up I cannot win this, even with her dazzled. Does her outfit offer an opportunities? Something primitive like pantsing her might win me a few more rounds. Sorry to think so far outside the box...
It does look like you'll need to be very lucky to last the full minute at this point, I guess you could try pantsing her by attempting to sunder her cloth belt... it would provoke an attack of opportunity though. (Total defense gives you +4 dodge bonus to AC.)

The half-orc growls as Zeldin's comment, clearly not pleased at having dirt thrown in her eyes, and slams into him with her shoulder, 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (14) + 5 = 19, 1d3 + 3 ⇒ (3) + 3 = 6 nonlethal.
The roar of the crowd engulfs the sorcerer as he descends into darkness, only to wake seemingly immediately after. The noise of the crowd is dulled, the room is much smaller, and Samant is beginning to stir on a pallet beside the one on which Zeldin finds himself. Standing over the recent combatants is an imposing man wearing a simple white vest and an amulet hanging around his neck depicting a muscular arm grasping the chain upon which it is supported. You both got 2d6 ⇒ (4, 5) = 9hp back while you were unconscious (this reduces both the lethal and nonlethal damage you have sustained.)
"You put up a good fight," comes the voice of Torman Iates as he waddles through a door and drops himself into a sturdy seat against the wall, "Ulvalga even took a break after she finished with you, normally she doesn't break stride... it seems that you will be able to look after each other reasonably well, perhaps it would be safer for you to find some additional help when you go into the keep though, yes?"

Zeldin Tarr |

Zeldin smiles but says nothing. Iates thinks his champion won, but in the end we were only playing the game for his support, and we got it so Zeldin counts this as a win for us.
Sheesh! Did it seem like I was getting desperate there at the end? :P Sorry Samant for suggesting that you might be a good shield. :D

Samant Blath'tan |

Well the effort was BRAVE thats 4 sure! and for a moment there when u rolled a 20 i thought u might actualli make it! :-)
She could take a punch, my posting is going to be a bit erratic for a few days. I'm getting married friday, and I still have a lot of work for that to do. I'm doing my own catering lol.

"Ho, Ho!" Iates laughs, fishing a key from a pocket and holding it out to the bookish warrior without standing, "don't feel bad, you just need more practice. I can see potential in you."
Sorry I didn't post yesterday, I had a really busy day.

Congratulations! Though you must be crazy to be organising your own catering, I remember how stressed my sister got sorting out food for my nephew's wedding.

Garion Tathos |

After exchanging parting pleasantries Zeldin (and I assume Samant) go to find Garion and Nik. After filling them in Zeldin says, "Now that we have the blessing of the council, I think it is safer to approach this situation by daylight. Do we still need anything?"
"I think we're ready, I bought rope, just in case, and my spells are all ready. Nik and I are well-rested and prepared to depart. Are you both fit after your council meeting?" asks Garion.

Nik aka Nicephora |

"Well I gotta admit I'm TOTALLI impressed and surprised! I never thought that going to the council would bring us anything but trouble! Maybe there IS something 2 be said for the more official approach! I guess I've been with the low-lives of this world wayyyy too long!" ... giggle ... "Me I m READY 2 go!"

Nik aka Nicephora |

"Do I wanna know the details? Or this one of those things like ... what happens in the Taverna STAYS in the Taverna?"
NIK has a BIG GRIN, imagining all kinda funny things that COULD have happened! :-)
NIK nudges Samant with her elbow:
"Did u try and get frisky with that cute Half-Orc lady?" giggle "Shuld I be jaleous?"

Zeldin Tarr |

Zeldin grins and tells a version of what happened. In his story he portrays Samant as very heroic, and himself as very silly.
