Missing Subscription Order

I can find no reference to my March subscriptions. They are not in my subscriptions or orders.

I don't know if this is a problem with my recent change in payment method, I forgot to set the new method as 'default' and the old is no longer valid, but I don't think so because I never even got an email that the order was 'preparing to ship'.

Edit: From reading another thread it looks like this might be the case. The information is currently correct.

I have fixed the payment method and successfully reprocessed your order.
