So in 4th Ed they gave us the official dragonborn race which is +2 STR, +2 CHA. In the Races of Dragons book, they're -2 DEX, +2 CON. Essentially the opposite of an elf. Now while I would love to give the dragonborn +2 STR, -2 DEX, and +2 CON for a Pathfinder game, that can't really be done since that means two physical, and no mental stats go up. That's now how it's done. Now since it's +2 CHA in 4th, I'll keep that. +2 CON, -2 DEX, +2 CHA. It's too bad about the strength though. That would have been nice.

Now at the same time, the spellscales don't gain anything physical at all, but instead are -2 CON, +2 CHA and bards and sorcerers are their bread and butter. That's quite okay. The description says that they are nimble and dexterous, but nothing supports that. That being said, a +2 DEX should suffice.

Is there anything else anyone can think of adding to these two, or are they find as is besides that?

Both seem like suitable adjustments if you want to just port them over to a Pathfinder rules game. I'd be more inclined to use +2 Str, -2 Dex and +2 Cha for the Dragonborn (since dragons and half-dragons seem to have significantly higher Str bonuses than Con bonuses), instead of using the Con bonus, but Con also works.

Note that Golarion doesn't have the same dragon pantheon, so the Spellscales 'meditations' might not fit, although you could reflavor them to be connected to the seasons or whatnot.

I also wrote up a Golarion-themed take on the Spellscale / Dragonborn / Mojh, the Scaleborn of Thassilon
