Dimension Door touching

With dimension door does everyone have to be touching, or do you just have to touch everyone at some point during the casting?

I kind of thought touch meant you had to tap everyone, GM disagrees. I'm cool with running it the GMs way but curious how other folks run it. In my case it's an aberrant sorcerer so he was trying to clear the party from an ambush.

The relevant line would probably be "All creatures to be transported must be in contact with one another, and at least one of those creatures must be in contact with you."

This leads me to believe that unlike the basic touch mechanics everyone must be touching.

Hah! Makes me feel stupid. Good catch there, I'd just focused on the targets line... Now I wonder if I can stretch my feet to touch...
