While she's a germ-phobe, I'm the neat freak in the relationship.

I wish I could get Mrs. Zombie to clean some of her crap up. Or, just to clean anything. Seriously. Even cleaning a fork would be an improvement.

hugs rotting zombie We may disagree on politics, but it's good to know SOMEONE is with me in this regard. Why are our wives such slobs?!?!?

My wife is clean enough, but she is a hoarder. I swear, she's part-dragon. ;)

Actually, I hate sleeping that long. I feel like I missed 11/24th of the day.

So what is greater, Orcus giving up on 4e, or Sebastian giving up on 4e?

You cannot claim to know the machinations of either of my kin.

Don't worry, AH, I'll still buy the Orcus mini. Also, I pre-ordered the Ravenloft game.

Wow, folks aren't around this afternoon. I feel like I missed something. Also, I'm clearly not being obnoxious enough to Emperor7.

Silver Crusade

Okay - I'm headed home. Take care all!

Obviously, I had to roll around in the muck of the politico/religious threads to make up for the lack of it. ;)

Hey all. I'm thinking of taking a little sabbatical from posting on the Paizo forum. I just wanted you folks in my extended virtual family to know. I wish you well with the upcoming Spring. Take care and I'll see you around at some point.

*Sigh*

Now I have to be how much more obnoxious? Geez.

I doubt you have the stuff to match some 'people'. And that, sir, is a good thing. :)

I'm feeling confused and inadequate!!!

That's what I said Saturday night. I blamed it on my meds. ;)

Sebastian gave up on 4e? Did hell freeze over and I missed it?

Well... if you've seen the "other" threads...

Isn't in his purview to reorder the conditions in his domain? Hence, not needing it to freeze over? ;)

Yeah, E7, but I don't have BBS. And I'm not on meds. Maybe I'm shell-shocked from finishing the diss?

Moff, it's in Clark's so long to 4e thread.

EDIT: Actually titled, Clark from Necromancer goes Pathfinder

Ah, the crash. Probably that. :)

bookmark, sad that the monkey is gone.

I loves me some Blue Danube.

Hiya Solnes, how are you today?

slow night...

Maybe I'm just old -- well, ok, not "maybe" -- but I don't get the "bookmark" or "ghost" posts. Can someone please explain?

as I type this with my cane...

Methinks the ban on politics should extend not only to this thread, but to all the threads. :/

Personally, I find it kind of interesting. To some degree, I get my "news" from these boards. I get to know what is going on in the world and get to hear from both sides.

Bookmark post are so we can keep up with the swelling size of this monstrosity we call FAWTL. The ghost post are the solution to when the sidebar tells you there have been (x) new post but you can't see them.

Solnes says canes are dashing BTW, so don't feel bad. :P

It's not a bad thing, untill the trolls start their crap. If people could simply remain civil and respect differing viewpoints.... but I guess that is about as likely as me getting elected President of the US next month. :/

Bookmark; so you know where you left off. Just leave the browser tab open, come back to it later and refresh.

Appear/Ghost/Shadow; when you klnow there are new replies and refreshing the page doesn't show them, you reply wih said response to make the new replies visible.

EDIT: Ninja'd by the drow.

Hey TAD, could be better. But am naively optimistic.

Moff, I like a man with experience. These young uns seem so....childish. ;)

And here I thought that I was the only one. That helps me.

I have some school work to do. Two papers to be written by 2am. I will be off most the night. <3 yall, have a good night. If anyone talks to the monkey, please tell him we are sad to see him go.

Solnes wrote:

How many years of age does one have to have to be experienced? My mom tells me that she wishes she had my wisdom when she was my age (she's been telling me this since I was 18, will be 34 in two months).

I'm a little surprised when I find people here that are older than I am. (I turned 40 last year. Not really that old, but compared to a lot of people here...)

Where do you hail from? Just trying to keep mental notes of where people are in case I'm ever in the area. I've had lunch with Sebastian a few times and that's always fun. And a couple of posters are from here (Colorado Springs) that I've met up with -- like Bitter Thorn. Putting real faces to fake names is (usually) fun for me.

I'm sawwwy.

:(

I just don't like people insinuating (bluntly or attempting to do so in a subtle manner) that I am an idiot. Things like that set me off.

:(

Personally I prefer to be optimistic even when I know the odds are stacked against it. It's hard to maintain, and can't always be done, but the rewards are twofold; 1) a healthy mind helps to maintain a healthy body, 2) Peace of mind and not having to think too often.

When I do think, I manage bursts of thoughts actually astound me.
