She's preparing her Gingerbread Man Army for the invasion of FAWTlY-land.

We need to be on the ready.

Watchin' you cookie lady....

No worries, the Cookie Monster will be our first line of defense. And probably our last.

Afternoon FAWTLy, how goes it?

Instead of heading in to work to check the on the sales issues we went to lunch with some friends and got some hair cuts. We're like sheared sheep now! Hopefully we can find someone with a camera to get some pics of us.

Does anyone else here use TeaTree shampoo? I love the stuff, my head has never felt so refreshed. The scent leaves you feeling invigorated too! </sales pitch>

TeaTree is good stuffs, when you can find it around here. But I prefer Dove Shampoo, and I use Kama Sutra Mint Body Wash it cleans and refreshes your whole body! </sales pitch> :P

...waitasec ... that was body wash? That explains the burning sensation....

Move along. Nothing to see here.

STOP TORMENTING ME!!!

My kitchen has been OOC Since mid-May and won't be ready for another week or 2, so I can't make red beans. Though I did have some at Popeyes last week.

OOC? Has your kitchen achieve sufficient sentience through a variety of networked appliances and is now gaming, and thus can do things out of character?

Because if so, I recommend attacking it now before it can start manufacturing robots that look and feel like humans and sends them after us.

CrockPot is your savior - no stove or oven required.

Sadly, in this case, I'm using the Out Of Commition meaning.

The sentient thing would be cool though....

Is there another kind of tyrant?

EDIT: If you're going to have goals -- why shoot for the "slightly less mean, sometimes unfair tyrant"?

True, but the big problem is that we currently have no kitchen sink. So, any dirty dishes would have to be washed in the bathroom, which is something I cringe from.

We've got 2 crockpots.

Hmmm....good point. Why can't there ever be a laughing, cuddly, non-psychotic tyrant?

Some family issues have come up that will probably mean that we will have no one to govern the children for our trip. As much as I hate to say it, we may have to eat the money we put out for everything. Solnes will discuss more when/if she wants to. :(

Scarab Sages

Our land line (phone) isn't working at home. I can't email a service request to come and fix the phone line because apparently I signed into their system eons ago and don't know what the password is and when I try and reset it, they send me a blank email.

It's the height of irony that I need to call the phone company to fix our phones.

I have to say that Thing's won this round. Hehe.

Hmmm...

Now if we can get a non-animated (i.e live action) version, I'd be grateful. :p

I found a live action person mixed in with an animated orc but both were male and so it did not hold my attention too long.

Signing out.

Damn! And I was just about to thank you, TfBtE. Ah well. Thanks for the input, in absence, then!
