As I suspect the current patronage will not proceed, if/when there's another one that is recycled, perhaps you'll be entertained to throw in your two bits. :0)

Urizen, how is that Champion level patronage coming along?

EDIT: Stan! makes it sounds like they are pounding the pavement hard now since raising the $ was harder than they thought it would be.

Stan! tries to be optimistic and isn't the type of person to quit. I don't expect it to make its lofty goal, but they do have plans for a second attempt after some future discussions.

Yes, yes, and yes to all three. *Lights incense sticks before his Rone shrine*

Hoo Boy.... its late. Thank goodness I get to sleep later than normal.

I have to teach Confucianism tomorrow morning... and again in the afternoon.

I can't believe I missed the second part of South Park when it aired, and now they pulled it due to damn threats.

I didn't watch it, but my brother and I talked a little about it. He thought it was funny that the NFL would air the draft in the middle of the NBA and NHL playoffs and probably get better ratings.

Scarab Sages

Just 3 hours or so to go before I can leave work. Huzzah!

Of course, then I get to go home and wait around for my new kitchen cabinets to be delivered.

The Exchange

Hi, good mornin', and good bye.

The pulled the second part? Even though it was all censored and it turns out it was someone else in the bear costume all along?

'm-m-m-m-mornin'. Let's get w-w-w-w-wicked!

Not to intrude on ya'lls morning, but I notice that Emporer 7 hasn't posted since tuesday. Is he doing OK?
I went thru a similar recovery period earlier this year, so I can understand a little of what he's dealing with. Hopefully, there's been no setbacks. Anyone heard from him?

I've been wondering that, too. Ominously quiet.

Astute observation. I'm hoppin' over to FB and drop a note. Thanks, niel.

Good morning, everyone. Thanks for the coffee, Dr. M.

@taig, Mom should be flying home today, as far as we know. We have no flight info. Keeping fingers crossed. Thanks for asking. :)

Yeah, some interesting choices, especially Tebow going earlier than I thought!

Given the bruhaha in a particular thread, I thought this would be worth a chuckle today.

The wife and I watched Public Enemies last night. I thought it was good but a little underwhelming. The characters were hard to like and the story just seemed really frenetic at times. Anyone else see it?

You're an instigator.

The movie with Depp playing Dillinger? Yep.

Good morning all. This morning in Colorado we have ...

Spoiler:
A Blizzard!!

Ya gotta love Spring.

Gooood morning Fawlty Towers!!!!!

Last night was game night, and I was in the zone. I don't know where or how, but I got the idea to feng shui the game room yesterday, and it actually worked out very, very well- The DM now sits on the opposite side of the table from where he used to sit, and can hop from his seat to the desktop computer behind him to access d20pfsrd.com in seconds, and we have two netbooks on the table so that the players can look stuff up on there as well- and copious use was made of Perram's spellbook. A mini-table in the back was cleared off to hold beers and such, and it really freed up our space. Since we could actually see each other, we had alot more fun, and actually got stuff done, even if we didn't finish the game until 2:30 in the AM...we have got to start playing earlier, as we all have work in the morning!!!!

In other news, I've finally decided what bike to get- the Jack D7. I just heard too many bad things about the Cadenza's lockjaw folding technology to drop that kind of money on it, and the Espresso, while an excellent ride and VERY smooth is waaaaay to heavy to carry, even folded, the amount that I carry my bike normally. The Jack D7 is a surpringly light frame, and folds up very compact, but I'm going to be making a few modifications to it. First, I'm ditching those oversized tires and smallish gear-ring thingie- they make me slower than molasses going uphill(and to think, on the site they described it as being able to quickly go from one end of campus to another! pshaw!). I'm getting thinner tires- perhaps ones from the Espresso- and a larger ring; the guy at the bike store suggested I get one two teeth larger. I'm also having the bike itself switched to a single speed for less maintenance and perhaps increased speed as well- that's what attracted me to the Cadenza Solo. I'm also getting new handlebars for it- I'm considering bullhorns, but I'm not sure if I should put the brakes on the ends or in a more traditional position- the last thing I want is to get into an accident because my instincts were off! Still, she should be a thing of beauty, and I already have a prospective buyer for my folding bike. I'm thinking of christening(yes, I do christen my bikes with a smallish bottle of cheap wine) the Jack D7(modified) the Kazehayai-kai; which merges the names of my current large bike(Kaze) with the name of the bike that was stolen from me (Hayai) and -kai to denote that the bike has been excessively modified. Still, I've let the manufacturer know of the changes I wish to make, and will wait to get word from them to know if the changes I plan to make are a good idea before moving forward.

My attempt at getting better organized is starting to have an effect. While I haven't started working out regularly, I've seen positive changes in almost every other aspect. I'm writing more often and don't feel as aimless and overbeared upon as I once did. Of course I'm still beating myself up for not exercising/training, but if I'm able to make progress in my other areas(particularly writing), then that's an acceptable trade off.

Well, I've had my daily ramble. What's up all'yall's side of the Fawltyfence?

I'm at work, getting ready to teach Confucianism. At least I finally was able to sign on. I don't like the feeling that your all having to go without me for long...

[EDIT] I'm christening the new bike Haiyaikaze-kai so that my current folding bike, the Soyokaze, is remembered/represented in this one.

My lady was saying the same thing last night. The cravings usually elevate profoundly during that time of month.

Why would I make a joke about somebody's mom having a stroke?

You're a mean pony.

Now, there's no way you could be lacking ambition to do it yourself. Something's wrong here. I hereby request His Honor a Psychiatric Evaluation to question the pony's distancing from snark. He's liable to cop an insanity plea.
