Do creatures with natural attacks qualify for Improved Grapple as though they had the Improved Unarmed Strike feat? I know that they did in v3.5, but I don't know if that is still true in Pathfinder.

Is it about a PC playing a character with natural attacks, or a monster you (as DM) are advancing or creating from scratch?

It's for a summoner's eidolon that I am currently statting out (just for fun, neither as a player or a GM).

Nope. You need the preqs. Natural weapons aren't unarmed strikes neither are they the feat Improved unarmed strike.

Natural attacks typically involve the grab ability. They don't give you an automatic bonus or proficiency with grappling. For instance, how would the sting natural attack give you a grappling bonus?
