Hello, I need help about what Enchanted intelligence affects about character sheet.
Specifically on the item description is said "treat this enchantment as temporary for first 24h" so I assume bonus is treated as permament (while wearing the headband) after first day.
So, technically, bonus on intelligence:
1)is applied to determine bonus spell slot I have every day?
2)is applied to bonus languages I know ?
3)is applied to skill points I get at lvl up? (other than skill ranks inherit into the headband)

1) Yes.
2) Possibly. This has gone both ways in discussion. I'd favour a permanent language as it does with skills. See below3) No. The skill bonus on the headband IS the skill bonus from the higher Int. You don't get another bonus for it.

See, this needs to go in an official clarification somewhere, as this question comes up every two weeks or so.

ok so I have a last "question": Languages.
I've read archived posts about, and it's unclear if:
A)You get only language bonuses at level 1, so whatever increases your INT modifier will not affect languages.
B)Because in pathfinder there will be no difference between a lvl 20 character with start (example) INT 10 and final (example)INT 20 and another lvl 20 character with same final stats and different start stats (as for hit points retroactive with higher con stat) SO YOU CAN GAIN LANGUAGES as INT increases.

It appears you only get bonus languages at first level. It specifically says so in the book.
Under the Intelligence section of the ability score descriptions in the beginning of the book, it says you get bonus languages for a high intelligence at the start of the game. Thus if you increase your Intelligence later on, you do NOT gain more bonus languages. Even if you did, it wouldn't do much for you as you would still be limited to your racial list of bonus languages.

1) yes
2) yes, but they are "virtual" languages that you know only when you wear the tiara3) no. The +2 band gives you max ranks in one skill of your choice (virtual ranks that you have only when you wear the tiara); +4 gives max ranks in two skills; +6 gives max ranks in three skills.
So plan it from early on in your skill progression: leave three class skills with no ranks in it, and work your way to buy a +6 headband if you are a rogue, bard or wizard especially (i.e. class with a lot of int based class skills)
