Yeah, great. None of those have anything to do with Non-Combat endeavors. You can master all the combat maneuvers you like (which as a rule also get worse with level), but it still doesn't help contribute to out-of-combat problems... the problem under discussion.


As a generality maneuvers get worse with level. There is always the chance that you find a non flying wizard now and then that you could push around. I ran a campaign one relying mostly on the Monster Codex and maneuvers were really useful for the full campaign. (also the extra loot from all the stuff they carry was a little much)
