I am multiclassing a human sorcerer (4) Dragon Disciple (4). Levels 2-3 of dragon disciple give +1 to existing level of arcane spellcasting class. So, does this mean I can learn and cast per day as if I were a level 7 sorcerer?
Also, stupid question I am sure, but do base attack bonuses and base saves stack or is what is listed on the class charts what I have at a certain level?

first off you can not take dragon disciple at 4th level, you can not take it before 6th level as you need 5 ranks in a skill[ the +3 does not count as ranks}
But yes you would have a caster level of 7 if it was legal
I am not sure what you mean by stacking
Do you mean does having a save of +2 at level 1 then stack with level 2's +3 save making it +5? If so then no. The listed number is the total from the class so level 2 would be +3 not +5
Hope that helps some

To expand on what Seeker said, that's how it works per class.
However, when multi-classing, you take the highest you reached from each class and add them together.
For example say you have a Ranger 3/Fighter 2. You BAB will be 5, your Fortitude base save will be 6, your reflex base save will be 4, and your will base save will be 1 (and yes, it is in desperate need of help lol)
