Could you guys check this out? So far I have been getting the usually optimizers but I'd like some opinions from friendly faces as well as neutral ones.

I really wanted him in KQ, but he said he had limited time and went with LPJr. I hope it wasn't limited time wasted. Egg on my face...but maybe he'll listen to me in the future when I extol the virtues of KQ.

If I were to comment, I'd say it seems fine to me, but you could invoke DM Fiat if things go off the rails.
That's why I'm putting my comment here. :)

I think he had a better chance with the LMPjr contest. From what I understand, there were quite a few entries to the KQ contest (including my doppelrat, which was one of many self-cloning monsters entered into the contest--oops).

There may have been another thread or maybe some contents were permanently removed? It could be archived by now. I think the contest I'm getting confused with was the one where you had to determine the CR of the creature's statblock and that's what Tom and Mark won. The recent contest is something different; I guess I am getting them mixed up.

Mairkurion was referring to the contest where you took the statblock and came up with the "fluff" for the monster.

Actually I would have to invoke DM Ford, since I don't drive a Fiat. :)

You?
I forgot. Are you one of my players?
Still gathering some info and typing stuff out. I'll be bumping it up either of Friday or next Monday.

Nope; I just wanted to read it as it went along. :D Even though I technically have a bit more time on my hands, I'm resisting PbPs and any form of FB games for the time being. I have enough vices. ;)

I am having my first hallucination free day (so far) since friday. Lord, I hate head colds. Between the fever, the lack of sleep, and the lack of oxygen once the asthma complications get started, it makes for some very interesting (in a bad way) experiences. Here's hoping that I don't end up with any nasty infections from this.
Wow. I hope that you continue to improve.
Out of curiousity, do you have any air purifiers/allergen removers in your home?
I just bought two Honeywells today in hopes of being able to breathe when I wake up. Also, when I came back from Kentucky after being gone for eleven days, there was a visible layer of dust on everything. :( I am going to run them for a couple of hours in each room and then plug them in for good in my living room and bedroom.

You?
I occasionally use coffee as a melting agent to put sugar into a drinkable form.

Thanks. No air purifiers yet, though they are on my wish list. But living with dogs when you are allergic to dogs is not such a good thing. We're trying to find a good home for the creatures so that I will not have so much asthma trouble.

Well, good luck with finding a home for the doggies.
On another note, I have an emoticon question.
What are the specific meanings of these two emoticons:
:(
:/

OK, thanks TAD for a best guess. I am still looking for a definite because I have made frequent use of :( to be sad and I would hate to be giving the wrong impression.

:( - definitely sad
:/ - I find this gets used for a lot of things. Annoyed, certainly, although not usually in an angry way. Disappointed might be closer. It can also be sympathetic in a "sorry to hear that" way. That's my experience anyway.
