On a semi-serious note, I think it's wrong to ostracise just because a child was born out of wedlock or not. I'd like to believe that we're getting past the nuclear family of the '50's scene.

Anyway I said that the child was conceived out of wedlock, not born out of wedlock. And I do agree with you, it is no sin to have a child out of wedlock (if it was it would be in the 10 Commandments). It is just one of those things that remains a touchy subject.
