Well, I just discovered that my WoW account was still active. I went thru the hoops to cancel it and logged on to see if my old guildies wanted any of my crap. Only one on, and he was like: 'Everyone stopped playing. What happened?' Kinda sad, but man, $15/month. I'm feeling dumb for not checking my credit card a little closer. I could have sworn I cancelled that six months ago :(

My guess is that you did cancel it. Autopay accounts are notorious for continuing to charge after being canceled. But, I agree that you should have made sure earlier. That does suck.

Meh. Lesson learned. I've had lots on my mind lately, and I haven't been as vigilant as I should have.
