Originally, there were about 30 "T"s on the map, but we decided that wouldn't be very fun to force GMs to track the party's movement through every single square on their approach to Delvehaven. If you want to do that, place the traps wherever you want. Otherwise, it's best to simply have the PCs encounter a couple of the traps on their way and once they realize the grounds are heavily trapped (or if they know going in) let them find a few with Perception checks but once you feel that trap after trap after trap is getting boring, just assume that the PCs have found them all and move on to other parts of the adventure.
Alas, while we never put the "T" marks on the map, a reference to them being there snuck in through the text anyway. Frustrating.

No problem. Just wanted to make sure I wasn't going crazy. With my lack of sleep it's good to double check my perception checks from time to time and make sure they aren't slipping too far. :-)
